Status Link is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All plans provide access to digital services only — there are no physical goods associated with any purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to paid features until the billing period ends
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the billing period expires
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period
3. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with Status Link. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of initial purchase — If the Service did not work as described or you experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment
- After 14 days — Refunds are generally not available after 14 days from the date of purchase. We encourage you to make use of the Free plan to evaluate the Service before upgrading
- Renewals — Refund requests for automatic renewal charges will be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of the renewal date
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to us through our contact page. Include the following in your request:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via our payment processor, LemonSqueezy.
5. Free Tier
The Status Link Free plan does not require any payment. Since no charges are made on the Free plan, no refunds are applicable. The Free plan allows you to evaluate the core features of the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
